2. Processing of Personal Data

Mines+ does not process any personal data. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any data that can be linked to a natural person.

3. Local Storage of Non-Personal Data

The app stores only local, anonymous data on the user's device, such as game scores, settings, or high scores. This data is not personal and is not transmitted to me or third parties.

4. Permissions

Mines+ does not request device permissions that allow access to personal data (e.g., no camera, location, contacts). Any permissions (if applicable) are limited to app functionality and transparently explained.

5. Legal Basis

As no personal data is processed, no legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is required. The app complies with the data minimization principle (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR).

6. Recipients of Data

No personal data is disclosed to third parties. App stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) receive only anonymous installation data according to their policies, independent of this policy.
