This Privacy Policy informs you about the processing of personal data by the Mines+ app in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Processing of Personal Data

Mines+ does not process any personal data. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any data that can be linked to a natural person.

• No registration or login required.
• No collection of personal information (e.g., name, email, IP address).
• No analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics).
• No advertising or tracking technologies.
• No integration of third-party services (SDKs, libraries with data transmission).
• Fully offline – no internet connection required.

3. Local Storage of Non-Personal Data

The app stores only local, anonymous data on the user's device, such as game scores, settings, or high scores. This data is not personal and is not transmitted to me or third parties.

• Storage exclusively local on the device.
• Deletion possible by uninstalling the app or clearing app cache/storage.
• No synchronization or cloud storage.

4. Permissions

Mines+ does not request device permissions that allow access to personal data (e.g., no camera, location, contacts). Any permissions (if applicable) are limited to app functionality and transparently explained.

5. Legal Basis

As no personal data is processed, no legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is required. The app complies with the data minimization principle (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR).

6. Recipients of Data

No personal data is disclosed to third parties. App stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) receive only anonymous installation data according to their policies, independent of this policy.

7. Your Rights

The GDPR grants you the following rights regarding your personal data (Articles 15–22 GDPR):
